I sit here struggling for ideas for funny and topical cartoons, when I stumble upon this real news item from the good old BBC. Apparently Police in Lincolnshire are combining the power of arrest with the power of prayer to catch thieves and vandals. You really couldn't make this up (well you could but no one would believe you). So once again I offend the Police, and at the same time probably most Christians.
