House prices are at their highest ever in the UK. Some people think that we are experiencing a massive bubble, that sooner or later will burst, and leave many people in serious financial trouble. Others feel that this time, house prices will just continue to increase upwards forever, and no matter how much debt you get into, buying a house will give you vast amounts of equity for little or no effort.
