Apparently the potatoes for sale these days are for specific purposes. Baking potatoes can only be baked, as they are a special variety! Expect to see other types of potatoes available soon. Iceland sell frozen mash potatoe! Can you believe it? I'm sounding like Victor Meldrew now. OMG!
