Miserable Victoriana

Oliver Twist, Chimmeny Sweeps, Coach & Horses, Poverty, Dark Depressing Cities. It's all quite glum in my version of Victorian England. Queen Victoria was a great Queen, but she was also a miserable old cow - as were most of her subjects.

Nowadays we have such better lives. All the Orphans have been sold, we have gas fires and central heating, cars and skateboards, and everyone is paper and plastic credit rich. The Cities are thriving utopias of light and clean air.
