I've heard nothing but good things about the new 1960s and 1970s SATURDAY MORNING CARTOONS Vol. 1 DVD sets that were released yesterday. Looks like great TV cartoon fun! I ordered my sets from Amazon and they are on their way. Looking forward to them!

NOTHIN' BUT A G THANG!
The "West Coast DON" Big Snoop Dogg and his son Spank, came through to blessed the studio and chop it up for hours.. His knowledge of classic soul oldies, west coast hip hop,street life fatherhood is incredible. I met a lot of big stars and Snoop is by far the biggest gentleman.In the past we have worked on his videos, album packaging and designed his current Logo.

Oh there's no witty gag, or brilliant drawing here today! Just a clip from my latest sketch book. I've got back into pencil drawings at the moment. For those who have an unhealthy interest in these sorts of things, I used a Faber-Castell 9000 2B pencil. That's enough stationary talk for one day. Tomorrow I will be mostly using my new Progresso KOH-I-NOOR 8911/4B.

The System Needs Changing!
Well here is the first cartoon not drawn with ink. I used my new KOH-I-NOOR graphite pencil for this cartoon. Interesting effect I think. Looks as good as ink once digitised. I will have to claim the £1.35 cost of this new pencil on expenses!
